Nurturing Life Foundation

As part of our 15th year anniversary, Motherlove Herbal Company is launching the Nurturing Life Foundation. The Foundation's mission is to promote the benefits of breastfeeding for both baby and Mom and assist mothers-in-need nationwide.

We will be co-sponsoring several events in August of this year as part of National Breastfeeding Awareness month. Stay tuned and check the website often for what's happening.

Herb of the Quarter: Calming Chamomile

Many of you have probably breathed in the heavenly scent in our "BabyMe" Bath, perhaps it smelled familiar, like something you remembered as a child - you are experiencing chamomile.

Chamomile is a highly aromatic herb with finely cut leaves and small, many-rayed white flowers with yellow centers that bloom daily throughout its growing season.

Happy Mother's Day and welcome to Motherlove Herbal Company's premier issue! I am Kathryn Higgins, founder of Motherlove. I created this company from my own personal experience as a new mother and herbalist.

While pregnant with my oldest daughter, I wanted products with the purest and highest quality ingredients. I turned to nature and what grew outside my door in the mountains of Colorado. As word of the effectiveness of the products I made in my kitchen spread, Motherlove was born to share with new mothers around the world.

We showcased our products at the Natural Products Expo Asia show in Hong Kong in December and Motherlove is now available in Japan and South Korea as well as England and Canada.
