Under the Harvest Moon, we’re reminded of how deeply our bodies are connected to nature’s cycles. This moon tea, made with hibiscus, ginkgo, red raspberry leaf, and lemon balm - nourishes and supports women through the rhythm of their cycles. A small ritual to honor your body and the season.
Sip, slow down, and reconnect with nature’s rhythm.
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup dried hibiscus
2 tbsp ginkgo
2 tbsp red raspberry leaf
2 tbsp lemon balm
4 cups cold water
TO MAKE:
Steep herbs in water for about 4 hours under the full moon.
Strain, sip hot or cold, and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
