Helped increase my supply

After a rough start to breastfeeding, my supply dropped and I believe taking this helped increase my supply. I’m only nursing and supplement some with formula (not pumping) so I don’t know how many oz I’m producing. I switched to this from a blended product for more Goat’s Rue and I’m glad I did! I take 4-6 capsules throughout my day.

Milk supply increasing slowly but steadily

I have zero issue taking these as there’s no smell or taste and I am also taking the Motherlove Moringa - so I cannot say for certain which is the main help but my supply has increased slowly week over week. I’m an exclusively pumping mom so I can see how much it’s increasing. I am placing my next order now. I keep them next to my pump to ensure I take my recommended dose per day.

Not for me, maybe for you?

I have never had a tincture before but thought it would be easier to manage rather than taking multiple pills per day. I was mistaken. The alcohol is incredibly strong and I was not able to tolerate it. From mixing it in a small amount of liquid and holding my nose to drink it like a shot, to putting it in a 16oz coffee protein drink, I could always taste it or feel the burn of alcohol. It may be my modified dosing of 2 droppers twice a day, but I did not see any changes in my supply or changes to my breasts. There is no way I could have done 1 dropper 4-6 times per day. I hope it works out better for others!
