New mom on her breast-feeding journey

This will be my second time ordering Shatavari, after starting my period four months postpartum. My milk supply dropped. I immediately started taking these 4-6 times a day, and my supply picked up again, providing me with The perfect amount to feed my baby, and not stressing that I wont have enough yo feed him.

Supports milk production with palatability

This is my first time trying these capsules, but with a newborn at home, they do seem to support milk production. My favorite part is that the herb tincture is within a plastic capsule, so I don't have to taste it as it goes down, which makes taking the herb much more pleasant!
