Motherlove processes orders to ship the following the business day. Most shipments arrive within 3-5 business days. However, it depends on your location.
Please note that Motherlove is closed on holidays and Friday through Sunday. All orders placed during this time frame will ship the following business day.
Motherlove has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may contact us to initiate a return.
Motherlove will only refund the cost of the product, not any shipping charges. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Motherlove will only provide refunds for products purchased directly from motherlove.com.
Since we do not use synthetic preservatives, the shelf life of our body care products varies between 24-36 months, depending on the product.
Our supplements expire 5 years after their manufacturing date.
You will find an expiration date located on the bottom of the jar and/or box.

I've used this product for years and enjoyed it so much in my first two pregnancies! It's perfect for the growing belly but also great for anywhere. I'm pregnant again and was looking forward to using this product again! I was pretty disappointed when it arrived in a plastic container instead of the glass jars they used to use. I try to avoid plastic packaging as much as possible. I will probably still use the product through this pregnancy and order again, but really wish they'd stick with the glass jars!
MHMotherlove Herbal CompanyThank you for your feedback! Our 4oz sized body care products are packaged and shipped in glass jars when purchased directly from our website and from all other retailers. The only exception is orders placed via Amazon.
Unfortunately, Amazon requires glass jars of this size to be wrapped in plastic bubble wrap. Because we do not have control over how Amazon packages these shipments, we did not have a more sustainable packaging option. Motherlove made the decision to package our 4 oz sized products in plastic jars for Amazon instead of glass with bubble wrap. Our 1 oz and 2 oz sized products are still packaged and shipped in glass when purchased from Amazon and all other retailers, including our website.
For over 30 years, Motherlove has placed the highest priority on our sustainable manufacturing practices. We strive to leave the smallest footprint on Mother Earth as possible. If you prefer a glass jar, they are available!

First off I absolutely love this brand! Love the clean, simple ingredients and the price. I had the hardest time finding a clean affordable brand until I came across Motherlove! Second the belly balm is amazing, nice and moisturizing without being too thick and heavy and has a nice light scent!
