Goat's Rue

These capsules have been helpful on my difficult breastfeeding journey. The increase is slow, but I do notice and increase in my supply. I also think it has helped my glandular tissue increase. The tincture taste is INTENSE so this is preferable for me.

I started taking this per my lactation consultant’s advice approximately 1 month ago . It has helped to increase my supply and I am planning to reorder.

I am in the early stages of inducing lactation in order to breastfeed my surrogacy-born baby. My IBCLC recommended that I take Motherlove's Goat's Rue, and there has been a noticeable increase in milk production since I began taking the supplement. I love that it comes in a capsule, so it's very easy to take and doesn't have a taste or smell. I also LOVE and respect Motherlove's business practices, particularly regarding their ecological footprint. My only criticism is that this supplement gives me some gastro upset and possibly heart palpitations. For me, the symptoms are relatively mild with 1-2 capsules, more unpleasant with 3 capsules, and almost unbearable with 4 capsules; however, my IBCLC would like for me to take 8 per day! Unfortunately, that won't be happening... Overall, if you're hoping to increase your milk production, I'd say it's worth giving a try :)
