As always, there can be many causes of low milk supply so we recommend working with an IBCLC if you continue to have breastfeeding difficulties.
I was a little skeptical about this “actually” working. I slowly built up to the recommended amount of capsules a day to make sure it didn’t upset my baby’s stomach and she seemed fine. Once I started taking the recommended amount for a few days, I did notice small increases to my output. I exclusively pump so I do know how much I am making. My output had plateaued and it was just enough for my baby, but I wanted a little more to be able to have a healthy freezer stash.
My output has been slowly increasing and I started taking this at 15weeks postpartum, so it may work for you too.
