A staple!

I was recommended this brand & product by a lactation specialist nurse, and it’s a staple for me. I am an “under producer”, but breastfeeding/pumping what I can is a priority for me for the first year of my baby’s life. I use this in combination with the Goat’s Rue tincture, and I can definitely notice a difference when I don’t take these supplements.
