I bought this at the recommendation of my ICBLC when my supply dipped around 2 weeks postpartum. I was surprised at the results! I first took half the dose because I was worried about running out of pills too quickly, but then I learned from her that the research on moringa is really at the full dose. After I upped the dose, I saw an increase in my supply. I can’t say that this was only due to the pills—I was also on a triple feeding plan and pumping 7 times a day. I do think it helped, though!
